Section 13: Recording of votes

The Standing Committee of the District panchayat (Election of members) Rules, 1998State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1994

After the voting by members is over, the President shall open the ballot box in the presence of the members present, take out the ballot papers therefrom and record the number of votes obtained be each Candidate in a statement.
