Section 5: Removal from the State Board

State Board for Wildlife Rules, 2014State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1972

The State Government may, with the prior approval of the Chairperson remove any member of the State Board nominated under clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Act, if –

(a) he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent Court; or

(b) he is an undischarged insolvent; or

(c) he is convicted of any offence including moral turpitude; or

(d) his conduct is found to be unbecoming of a member.
