Section 8: Quorum

State Board for Wildlife Rules, 2014State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1972

(1) The quorum necessary for the transaction of business at a meeting of the State Board shall be one-half of the total number of members.

(2) If at any time there is no quorum, the Chairperson or the person presiding over the meeting shall adjourn the meeting until there is necessary quorum.
