(1) The Commission may, for the purpose of conducting investigation under this Act, utilize the services of :- (a) any other officer or investigating agency of the State Government; or (b) any other person (2) Any officer or agency or person referred to in sub-section (1) shall investigate Into the matter as directed by the Commission and submit a report thereon to the Commission within such period as may be specified by the Commission.
