BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tatnil Nadu in the Fiftieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1.(1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadn State Council lor ;!:::her Education (Amendment) Act. 199 9.

(2) It shall come into force at once.
