CHAPTER – V. MISCELLANEOUS. The Chairperson, members, officers and other employees of the Commission, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, or any rule or order or direction made or issued under this Act, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code Central Act XLV of 1860.
