(2) The Inspectors sha 11 be subordinate to the Sugarcrane Commissioner and exercise such powers and perform such duties as are conferred or imposed on them by or under t his Act.
8 6. (1) On and after such d.ate as t he Government may, ~icence by notification, specify in thisbehalf, no sugarmne shall be crushing for crushed in any factory unless a licence for that purpose has been obtained inrespect of tbzt factoryfromthe I Government.
