For the purposes of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 223 -
(1) No entry shall be made by the Executive Authority or Commissioner or Secretary, as the case may be, or any person authorised by hum between sunset and sunrise ;
(2) No dwelling house, or any part of a public building used as a dwelling place, shall be entered into by the Executive Authority or Commissioner, or Secretary, as the case may be, or any person authorised by him, without the consent of the occupier thereof, unless the said occupier has received at least six hours previous notice of the intention to make such entry ;
(3) Sufficient notice shall be given by the Executive Authority or Commissioner, or Secretary, as the case may be, or any person authorised by him, in every case even when any premises may otherwise be entered without notice under clause (2) of Rule 2 (3) to enable the inmates of any apartment appropriated to women to move some part of the premises where their privacy may be preserved;
(4) Due regard shall be given by the Executive Authority or Commissioner or Secretary, as the case may be, or any person authorised by him, so far as may be compatible with the exigencies of the purpose of the entry to the social and religious usages of the occupants of the premises.
