Section 26: Constitution and fuictions of Faculties

The Tamil University Act, 1982State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 9 of 1982

(1) The University shall include Faculties of Arts, Manuscriptology, Developing Tamil, Languages and Science and such other Faculties as may be prescribed by the statutes ..

(2) The constitution and functions of the ' Faculties shall, in all other respects, be such as may be prescribed.

(3) Each Faculty shall comprise such departments of teaching and research as may be specified in the statutes
