Section 11: Procedure for taking'samples under Section 26(1)

(1) The occupier of the premises shall provide port-holes plat forms conveniently located for easy access to port holes and all other necessary facilities for taking samples Of air or emission - from any chimney, flue or duct, plant or vessel or any other sources and outlets, whether stationary .or mobile.

2. The samples of air or gaseous emissions shall be taken either into an absorbing solution and/or in a suitable container.

Provided that depending upon the type of analysis to be conducted, or the circumstances of the case, the Board may use any other suitable methodor, equipment to collect samples. ~ ' . . ' ' .
