Section 4: Temporary association of persons

The rules relating to association of persons with the Board made under subsection (1) of Section 10 of the Water Pollution Control Act shall, mutatis-mutandis, apply to the association of persons with the Board under sub-section (1) of Section 12.

'5. Appointment of consultant.- The rules relating to appointment of consulting engineer made under sub-section

(4) of Section 12 of the Water Pollution Control Act shall mutatis-mutandis apply to the appointment of consultant to the Board under sub-section (5) of Section 14.
