Section 7: Application for consent under Section 21(2)

(.1'.) Every application for‘consent under Section 21 shall be made to the Board in Form - l.

(2.) Every application for cOnse'nt under the proviso to Sub-sectione(2) of Séction 21 shall be made within six months from the date of declaration of any area as air pollution Control area.

.8. Fees to accompany application.— (1.) Every!
