Section 12: Annual Report

Tamilnadu State Council for Higher Education Rules, 1998State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1994

(1) The Council shall prepare an annual report for every financial year covering from 1 st April to 31 st March, before the 31 st December following the financial year as specified in section 16 of the Act.

(2) The annual report may have the following information, namely:-

(i) Introduction including the number of Council meetings held during the year;

(ii) The issues discussed in the meetings, future plans and other activities;

(iii) Financial administration.

(3) The annual report as approved by the Council shall be submitted to the Government before 31 st December of the following year.
