Notice shall be given in Porm No. 13 to the Settlement Officer or Tahsildar of Gudalur taluk on introduction of Settlement by every transferor and transferee under Sub-Section (1) of Section 50 of the Act or by any person to whom the title of a deceased person shall be transferred t* heir or otherwise under sub-section (2) of that Section.
