Section 11: Application for orders under section 77(5)

Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Tribunal Rule, 1985.State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1971

(1) An application for order of the Tribunal for issue of directions under sub-section (5) of section 77 of the Art regarding payment of development charges before the disposal of the appeal shall be presented in Form No.9 in person by the party or sent by registered post to the Tribunal:

Provided that the appeal has been filed and the prescribed fees paid thereon.

(2) The Tribunal shall hear and decide the petition on merits after notifying the state representative and hearing his objections on a date to be fixed and intimated to the appellant in Form No.7 and the State representative in Form No.10.
