Section 26: Abatement or dismissal for failure, of legal heir, etc.,to apply in time may be set aside

Whenever an order of an abatement or dismissal has been passed by the Tribunal, and in case where the appellant has become insolvent and his estate becomes vested in the Assignee or Receiver, such Assignee or Receiver, may within sixty days from the date of communication of such order apply to the Tribunal for setting aside the abatement or dismissal and the Tribunal shall, on sufficient cause, is being shown to the satisfaction of the Tribunal set aside such abatement or dismissal and proceed with the appeal or the claim.
