Section 32: Execution of orders passed in appeal, revision or review

(1) The Appropriate Planning Authority shall take necessary action for execution of orders passed by the Tribunal.
(2) The Appropriate Planning Authority shall issue notice requiring the person to execute any work or to take any measures to pay the development charges assessed on him within a reasonable time.
(3) If such notice is not complied within the time so prescribed, the Appropriate Planning Authority shall cause such work to be executed or any take measures to do anything which may, in their opinion, be necessary for giving due effect to the notice as aforesaid and collect the expenses from the person or persons who has to exercise the work or pay development charge as arrears of land revenue.
