The Government shall appoint or designate an officer to be hereinafter called the State Representative for the purpose of these rules, to receive on their behalf notice issued by the Tribunal and generally, to appear, act and plead on their behalf and on behalf of the Director notices issued by the Tribunal and generally to appear, act and plead on their behalf and as also on behalf of the Director, in all proceeding before the Tribunal. The government may also appoint, or designate such additional officer wherever deemed necessary.
