CHAPTER-VIII MANAGEMENT OF TRUST AND ENDOWMENT It shall be the duty of every trustee and administrator- (i) to carry out the directions of the Board in accordance with the provisions of this Act or of any rule or order made thereunder; (ii) to furnish such returns and supply such information or particulars as may, from time to time, be required by the Board in accordance with the provision of this Act or of any rule or order made thereunder; (iii) to allow inspection of trust and endowment properties, accounts or records or deeds and documents relating thereto by the Board; (iv) to discharge all public dues; and (v) to do any other act which he is lawfully required to do so by or under this Act.
