(1) For the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Board may, with the prior sanction of the Government, borrow such sum of money and on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine. (2) The Board shall repay the money borrowed, together with any interest or costs due in respect thereof, according to the terms and conditions of the loan.
