The tenure of the member of the Tribunal appointed under clause (c) of rule 3 of these rules shall be three years from the date on which they enter upon his office or till he attains 62 years of age whichever is earlier. The tenure of the Chairman and the Member appointed under clauses (a) and (b) of rule 3 of these rules shall be as per their conditions of service governing their deputation.
