(1) Every application for a licence under section Ap9licathm 3 shall be made to the prescribed authority and shall be in '0'9 and the prescribed form. grant and
(2) If the prescribed authority is satisfiedrenewal af licence.

(4) A copy of every order passed under sub-section (1) r sub-seetion (3) shall be communicated t3 the licensee:
