Section 3: Conditions precedent to association of persons with the Board

Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board (Association of Persons with the Board and Appointment of Persons of Committees) Regulations, 19…State Regulations of Tamil Nadu · 1971

Any person may be associated with the Board for assistance or advice with reference to any specific purpose as may be determined by the Board in the performance of its functions under the Act:

Provided that the sanction of the Government or the local authority concerned shall be obtained if an officer of Government or local authority is so associated:

Provided further that the consent of the person concerned to serve on the Board shall also be obtained.
