Section 18: Procedure for appeal

Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board Employees(Discipline and Appeal) Regulation 1972State Regulations of Tamil Nadu · 1971

Every appeal preferred under these regulations shall contain all material statements and arguments relied on by the appellate, shall contain no disrespectful or improper language and shall be ;complete in itself.

Every such appeal shall be addressed to the authority against whose order the appeal is preferred.
