Section 12: Subscriptions

Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board Officers and Servants Conduct Regulations, 1972State Regulations of Tamil Nadu · 1971

(1) No officer or servant shall, except with the previous sanction of the Managing Director of such authority as may be empowered by him in this behalf, ask for or accept contribution to, or otherwise associate himself with raising of, any fund in pursuance of any object whatsoever.

(2) In the case of official Flag Day collections and such other collections as are authorised by Government, officers or servants may participate on a voluntary basis.
