Section 30: Repeal

Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board Officers and Servants Conduct Regulations, 1972State Regulations of Tamil Nadu · 1971

The transitory Regulation in so far as it relates to Conduct Rules is repealed on the date on which the above Regulations come into force:

Provided that any order made or action taken under those regulations shall be deemed to have been made or taken under the corresponding provisions of these regulations.
