Section 9: Purchase of resignation or leave letter

Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board Officers and Servants Conduct Regulations, 1972State Regulations of Tamil Nadu · 1971

Employees of the Board are hereby prohibited from entering into any pecuniary arrangement for the resignation or entering on leave by one of them of any office under the Board for the benefit of the others.

Any nomination or appointment consequent on such resignation or entering on leave shall be cancelled.
