The Tamil Nadu Welfare Board for the Disabled Persons Act, 2007State Act of Tamil Nadu · Act 18 of 2007

(1) The Government may, at any time, appoint any person to investipntc3 or Enquiry into enquire into the working of the Board and submit a report to the Governt--rlt in that behalf. Worklrlg of the Board

(2) The Board shall give to the person so appointed, all facilit~es for the proper - conduct of the investigation or enquiry, and furnish to him such documents, accounts or information in possession of the Board as he may require.
