Section 50: Appeal

Tamil Nadu Wine (Manufacture) Rules, 2006State Rules of Tamil Nadu · 1937

24 An appeal shall lie to the Government from an original order passed by the Commissioner in the discharge of his function as a licensing authority within one month from the date of receipt of such order.

Provided that the Government may, for sufficient reasons to be recorded in writing, entertain an appeal, within three months beyond the aforesaid period.
