(1) If out of the monies paid to him in relation to a tea company, there is a balance left after meeting the labilities as specified in the Second Schedule, the Commissioner shall disburse such balance to such tea company.
(2) Where the possession of any machinery, equipment or other property possessed by a tea company has vested in the Tea Trading Corporation under this Ordinance but such machinery, equipment or other property does not belong to such tea company, it shall be lawful for that Corporation to continue to possess such machinery or equipment or other property on the same 1erms and conditions under which they were possessed by such tea company immediately before the appointed day.
22. Any money paid to the Commissioner which remains undisbursed or unclaimed on the date immediately preceding the date on which the office of the Commissioner is finally wound up, shall be transferred by the Commissioner, before his office is finally wound up, to the general revenue account of the Central Government, but a claim to any money so transferred may be preferred to the Central Government by the person entitled to such payment and shall be dealt with as if such transfer had not been made, and the order, if any, ior payment of the claim being treated as an order for the refcund of revenue.
CHAPTER VII MISCELLANEOUS
23. The provisions of this Ordinance shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force ov in any instrument having effect by virtue of any law, other than this Ordinance, ov in any decree or order of any court, tribunal or other authority.
