Section 7: Removal from the Board

The Central Government may remove any member from his officefa) if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court, or

(b) if he is an undischarged insolvent, or

(c) if he is convicted of a criminal offence involving moral turpitude, or

(d) if without leave of the Chairman, he fails to attend more than three successive meetings of the Board.
