Section 2: Repeal of certain Acts.

(1) The enactments specified in the Schedule-I and the Schedule-ll are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in column 5 thereof, in their application to the State of Telangana.

(2) The enactments specified in the Schedule-III shall be omitted as specified therein.
