Section 6: Resignation by elected member of the Committee and filling up of casual vacancies.

The Telangana Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 1992.State Act of Telangana · Act 13 of 1992

(1) Any member nominated under clause (f) of sub-section (3) of section 4 may resign his office by giving [one month] notice in writing to the Chairman of the Committee and on such resignation being accepted by the said Chairman, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office;

(2) Any casual vacancy in the office of a member referred to in sub-section (1) shall be filled up, as soon as may be, and a member so nominated to fill such vacancy shall hold office for the residue of the term of his predecessor.
