The Telangana Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2002.State Act of Telangana · Act 13 of 2002

(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Authority refusing to register a private medical care establishment under section 7 or cancelling or suspending the registration under section 9, may file an appeal in such manner and within such period as may be prescribed before the Appellate Board constituted by the Government, by notification, in such manner as may be prescribed.

(2) The Appellate Board shall after giving an opportunity of hearing to the appellant, consider the appeal and pass such orders as it deems fit and such orders shall be final.
