Section 25

The Telangana Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1960.State Act of Telangana · Act 7 of 1960

(1) If the Government consider that any antiquities or class of antiquities ought not to be moved from the place where they are without their sanction, the Governmment may by notification in the 15Telangana Gazette, direct that any such antiquity or any class of such antiquities shall not be moved except with the written permission of the Director.

(2) Every application for permission under sub-section

(1) shall be in such form and contain such particulars as may be prescribed.

(3) Any person aggrieved by an order refusing permission may appeal to the Government whose decision shall he final.
