The Telangana Charcoal (Production and Transport) Rules, 1992State Rules of Telangana · 1967

(1) For any contravention of rules in respect of the licence, the provisions of TelanganaForest Produce Depot Rules, 1989 shall be applicable.

(2) For dealing with the offence cases booked the provisions of TelanganaForest Offences (Compounding and Prosecution) Rules, 1969 would be applicable.
