Section 33

The Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987.State Act of Telangana · Act 30 of 1987

(1) The Government may, by notification, constitute any officers or class of officers appointed under section 29, section 30 or section 32 into an Endowment Service for the State.

(2) Upon the issue of a notification under, sub-section

(1), the Government shall have power, subject to the provisions of section 153 to make rules, to regulate the, classification, methods of recruitment qualifications, conditions of service, pay and allowances and discipline and conduct of every Endowment Service thereby constituted and such rule shall invest jurisdiction in relation to such service in the Government and in such other authority as may be prescribed therein.
