(1) Where the Court has assumed protection and superintendence of the property or person and property, of the owner under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7, the Court shall cause the Firman of H.E.H. the Nizam to be published in the 22[Official Gazette].
(2) The Government may, on the Court‟s recommendation order the Court to assume protection and superintendence of the property or person and property of the owners mentioned in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of subsection (1) of section 7. An order made by Government shall be published in the 22[Official Gazette].
13. Any owner may apply in writing to the Government to have his property placed under the superintendence of the Court, and the Government may, on such application, if it is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest and for the benefit of the applicant‟s family to protect his property, and that the said property is of such value that economical management by the Court is practicable, order the Court to
