(1) The Court may exercise all or any of the powers conferred upon it by this Act either directly or through the 12[XXX] 10[Collector] within the limits of whose jurisdiction any ward resides, or any part of the property of any ward is situate, or through any other person whom the Court may, in respect of the property of any ward or any part thereof or for any local limits, appoint for this purpose.

(2) The Court may, with the sanction of the Government or under any rule made under this Act, delegate any of its powers to any 13[XXX] 14[Collector] or any other person appointed under sub-section (1).
