Section 9: Power to give directions.

The Cyberabad (Metropolitan Area) Police Act, 2004.State Act of Telangana · Act 2 of 2004

The Government may, from time to time, give such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act or the rules made thereunder to the Cyberabad [Commissionerate/s] as it may consider necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
