Section 8: Power to remove difficulties.

The Telangana Disaster and Public Health Emergency (Special Provisions) Act, 2020State Act of Telangana · Act 14 of 2020

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, do anything which appear to them necessary for the purpose of removing such difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the Legislature of the State.
