Section 13

The Telangana District Boards Act, 1955.State Act of Telangana · Act 1 of 1956

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, a person who is enrolled in the list of voters of any constituency within a district, shall be qualified to be elected as a member for any of the constituencies in the district.

(2) Any person who ceases to be a member shall, if qualified under sub-section (1), and not otherwise disqualified, be eligible for re-election as such.
