Section 199

The Telangana District Boards Act, 1955.State Act of Telangana · Act 1 of 1956

(1) All rules for which provision is made in this Act shall be made by the Government.

(2) Such rules may be general for all Boards or may be special for the whole or any part of the area subject to the jurisdiction of anyone or more Boards, as the Government may direct.

(3) All rules shall be subject to previous publication and shall be laid before the Legislature.

(4) In making any such rules the Government may direct that a breach thereof shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty rupees, and where the breach is a continuing one with further fine, which may extend to five rupees for every day after the first during which the breach is proved to have been persisted in.
