(1) The Board may from time to time, appoint out of its own body such Sub-Committees consisting of such number of members as it may deem necessary and may refer to such Sub-Committees for enquiry and report or for opinion such other matters relating to the purposes of this Act as it Functions of Committees.
Sub-Committees.
[Act No.I of 1956] 31 shall think proper and direct that the report of any such Sub-Committees shall be submitted to the Board.
(2) A Sub-Committee may, from time to time, by a resolution supported by not less than one half of its members co-opt for the transaction of any particular business, as members, any persons who are not members of the Sub-Committee.
(3) Co-opted members shall not have the right to vote and shall be liable to be removed by the Sub-Committees by a resolution supported by not less than one half of its members.
