The Telangana Fire Service Act, 1999.State Act of Telangana · Act 15 of 1999

(1) The expenditure in connection with the service shall be met out of the Consolidated Fund of the State.

(2) Notwithstanding anything in any other law for the time being in force the Government may recover from any person or industry in any area such contribution towards the cost of the portion of the service maintained in that area as the Government may from time to time, direct.

24. Where members of the service are sent beyond the limits of the State of Telangana in order to extinguish a fire in the neighborhood of such limits, the owner or occupier of the premises where the fire has occurred or spread shall be liable to pay such fee as may be prescribed in this behalf.
