Section 14: Power to remove difficulties.

The Telangana Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2005.State Act of Telangana · Act 34 of 2005

If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order make such provisions or give such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear to it be necessary or expedient for removal of doubt or difficulty:

Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the commencement of this Act.
