Section 1: Short title, commencement and applicability

The Telangana Forest Contract (Disposal of Forest Produce) Rules, 19777State Rules of Telangana · 1967

(i) These rules shall be called the TelanganaForest Contract (Disposal of Forest Produce) Rules,

1977.

(ii) These rules shall apply to all sales of forest produce conducted by the Forest Department unless otherwise provided for by special rules for specific produce.
