Section 6: Licence granted subject to the provisions of rules

Every licence granted under Rule 4 shall be subject to the provisions of Rule 11 of these rules will be effective from the date of issue to the 4[31st March of the year in which the licence expires both days inclusive,

7. The Divisional Forest Officer, on application made to him 5[before the expiry of the existing licence], may renew the licence granted under Rule 4 for a further period not exceeding 6 [three year.]
