Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Telangana Government Medical and Dental Institutions (Conversion into Semi-Autonomous Institutions) Act, 2007.State Act of Telangana · Act 31 of 2007

(1) This Act may be called the Telangana Government Medical and Dental Institutions (Conversion into Semi-Autonomous Institutions) Act, 2007.

(2) It extends to all Government Medical/Dental Colleges and Institutes of Medical / Dental Sciences established in the State of Telangana.

(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 22nd October, 2007.
