Section 2: Definition of Government securities.

The Government Securities Act, 1330 Fasli.State Act of Telangana

(1) In this Act “Government Securities” means promissory notes, stock-certificates and other securities issued by the Government either before or after the commencement of this Act in respect of any loan contracted by it, but does not include currency notes;

(2) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
